Activities at Primrose Lodge Weymouth

Visit from Chelsea

We had a lovely day with Chelsea the PAT dog coming in to see us for fuss and treats, she even showed us her latest trick of bowing she sure is clever!

Visits from family

We really do enjoy visits from family members, with or without their pets, but Sally brings Bella in every now and then and she is a bundle of joy! Bella took a liking to the chocolate on Charlie's face and to Marion's knitted blanket!

Coppelia

This month we took a trip out to see the ballet production Coppelia at the Weymouth Pavilion.

Easter Bonnet Parade

We had a fabulous time at our Easter bonnet parade, thank you to Pam and Margaret for judging the wonderful hats we made.

Primrose Lodge exceeds every expectation I had for a care home and I am very happy.

I find this care home for my father really great, staff are kind, considerate and nothing is too much trouble. Food is very good and the rooms are lovely. Lots of activities and superb service for all elderly people, I was worried when my father went to the home, but even my worst fears have been completely dispelled.

From the first visit we found a homely, welcoming atmosphere with a range of facilities to suit all. Everyone we came into contact with at Primrose Lodge was friendly, cheerful and professional.
