Staff very pleasant, you are made to feel most welcome. Food is excellent and plenty of it.

Primrose Lodge exceeds every expectation I had for a care home and I am very happy.
I find this care home for my father really great, staff are kind, considerate and nothing is too much trouble. Food is very good and the rooms are lovely. Lots of activities and superb service for all elderly people, I was worried when my father went to the home, but even my worst fears have been completely dispelled.
From the first visit we found a homely, welcoming atmosphere with a range of facilities to suit all. Everyone we came into contact with at Primrose Lodge was friendly, cheerful and professional.
